    1. Standard Delivery (Bubble Mailer): Delivery by regular postal service with an estimated delivery time of [3 to 9 days]. This option does not include a tracking number. The customer agrees that we are not responsible for delays or loss of envelopes by Canada Post. 
    2. Express Delivery: Fast delivery by courier service with an estimated delivery time of [3 days].
    3. In-Store Pickup: If you prefer to pick up your order directly at Hobby Saguenay, this option is available at no additional cost. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before coming to the store.
  4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the delivery destination. The exact costs will be indicated during the checkout process, once you have entered your shipping address.
  5. Order Tracking: We provide a tracking number for all orders shipped except for standard delivery (bubble mailer). This allows you to track your package in real time until it is delivered.
  6. Delivery Delays: Although we strive to meet estimated delivery times, certain unforeseen circumstances, such as logistical issues or carrier delays, may cause delays. We apologize for these situations beyond our control and will do our best to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible.
  7. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Addresses: Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address during the ordering process. We will not be responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect shipping information.
