These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the card submission services for grading at PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator) and Mana Grading, operated by Hobby Saguenay. By using our services, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions. Please read this document carefully before submitting your cards for grading.

2. Submission of Cards

2.1. By using our Services, you agree to only submit cards that are legally yours. You also warrant that all information provided during submission is accurate and complete.

2.2. You are responsible for securely packaging and sending your cards to our nominated submission address. We are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during transit.

2.3. We reserve the right to refuse the submission of any card for any reason, including, but not limited to, if it is deemed to be counterfeit, altered or fraudulent.

3. Submission Fees

3.1. A submission fee is applicable for each card submitted. This fee covers the costs of grading, insurance and safe return of the cards.

3.2. Submission fees are clearly stated on our website and may vary depending on the type of service chosen and the declared value of the card.

4. Grading Process

4.1. Once we have received your cards, they will be processed within the timeframes specified on our website. These timeframes may vary depending on the volume of submissions and the type of service selected.

4.2. Grading will be carried out by qualified PSA experts in accordance with their established standards and criteria. Grading decisions are final and binding.

5. Return of Cards

5.1. Once grading is complete, cards will be returned to the return address specified by the bidder.

5.2. We are not responsible for any delays or losses during the return of cards, except in cases of negligence on our part.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of the use of our services.

7. Modification of the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly to stay informed of changes.
